Although Secora has developed its own methodology over the years, we recognize the need to train employees to internationally recognized, independent certification standards.
Formal certification is particularly important in mining and extraction, aviation, automotive and defense. In addition, suppliers to organizations that have themselves implemented either Lean or Six Sigma, may be required to undergo Six Sigma and Lean certification in order to fulfill mandatory supplier obligations on quality, cost and delivery.
Secora offers several training modules which cover material above and beyond the requirements for formal certifications:
- Quality Improvement Associate Certification (2 week training module)
- Quality Process Analyst Certification (4 weeks)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - DMAIC or DFSS (2 weeks)
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - DMAIC or DFSS (4 weeks)
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification - DMAIC or DFSS (Black Belt + 2 weeks)
